Welcome to Gascon Wood Crafters
Gascon Wood Crafters was born from a love of creating things and a way to be closer to my kids. It all began during The Government shutdown. I puttered around with dog bowls for friends. Then Covid hit. Guess what a lot of people did during covid. They adopted cats. Cats need scratching posts. We sold a lot of those things!
I worked with my adult son on some craft type items. Although it was great to work with him, that fizzled out after some time.
After Covid settled down, there were some life changes for myself. Being a Government employee, I became very stressed out about my job with all of the cuts from DOGE. To help with the stress, I went to the garage and started building things. Quickly, my 12 yr old son learned he also enjoyed working with me in the garage.
